WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders normally ship the next day if received by 10:10 AM.  If there are inventory issues, you will receive an email notification within 48 hours.

To estimate delivery times use FedEx or UPS websites entering an origin zip code of 33610 selecting “ground service”

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN DELIVERY TRUCK ARRIVES?

Unless requested by email to sales@decotime-Inc.com when placing order, UPS and/or FedEx will leave at your door without signature of receipt. Adding signature requirement will increase shipping cost.  Ask for quote.

CAN I EXPEDITE DELIVERY BY AIR?

No, we only ship by ground service.

IF I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA CAN I ORDER Cabinet Rescue®?

We ship to California as long as your use and delivery address is NOT in the SCAQMD (South Coast Air Quality Management District).

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT MY PURCHASE?

See “return policy”.  If you cancel by email before the shipment is made you will receive a full refund.  If the order has already shipped, you can  refuse delivery or ship back with a RMN as per “return policy”.  We will do our best to refund a buyer’s remorse” cancellation if the merchandise has not been delivered (freight charges may apply to refund).
