Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 15 days
- The product is in its original unopened packaging. Note: Paint cans that have been opened are not returnable.
- The product isn't used or damaged
- Product packaging must be in “new” condition.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. All products are subject to inspection upon return.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us: By email: email@example.com stating reason.
Upon issuance of the RMN we will provide a return address to which you should send the merchandise. Send the product freight prepaid with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
All items authorized for return must be in sellable condition.
A 20% processing and restocking fee (min.: $5.00/return) will be deducted from any refund of purchase price (excluding original shipping).
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. Items damaged in shipment to Decotime, Inc. Will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
